The shirt is the backbone of a considered wardrobe. Our edit centres on the essentials done well: crisp cotton poplin for a clean line, textured Oxford for everyday ease, and soft-touch weaves that wear comfortably from morning to evening. Cut trim but not tight, with collars that hold their shape.
Build on white and light blue — they work under everything and never date. Add stone, soft pink and a deeper navy for range. A white shirt sharpens tailoring; light blue softens it. If you buy one shirt, make it white; if you buy three, add blue and stone.
A shirt carries the office, dresses up denim, and layers cleanly under a knit or blazer. Tucked with tailored trousers it reads formal; worn open over a tee it reads relaxed. When you want to look put-together with minimum effort, a good shirt does the work.

Measure your neck at the base, your chest at the fullest point, and your sleeve from centre-back to wrist. Compare to the size guide on each product page and size up if you are between sizes.
The collar should allow a finger of room, the shoulder seam should sit at your shoulder edge, and the body should skim without pulling at the buttons. Cuffs should sit at the wrist bone.
Look for a dense, even weave, a collar with structure, clean single-needle seams, and mother-of-pearl or well-sewn buttons. Long-staple cotton feels better and lasts longer than blends.
Take your usual collar and chest size for a trim modern fit; size up for a relaxed cut or if you layer. Our shirts are cut close but not restrictive.
Machine wash cool, avoid the tumble dryer, and iron slightly damp for a crisp finish. Following the care label keeps the collar and cuffs sharp for longer.
