We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging.
• Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We reply with the return address and instructions — please don't send items back before you receive them.

Where returns are sent

Returns are received at our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China, not at our registered address in Wyoming. We send the full return address with your return instructions, so please contact us before sending anything back. For change of mind or wrong size, return postage to China is paid by the customer; for a faulty or incorrect item we cover it in full.

Who pays for return shipping

• Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping in full.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
