We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Please return items in their original packaging.
- Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
