Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China with tracked, insured delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or customs checks.

Returns. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached, returned in their original packaging. Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions — please don't send items back before you receive them.
• Returns are received at our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China, not at our registered address in Wyoming.
• Change of mind or wrong size: return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping in full.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of inspection.
• We don't offer exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
