Shipping. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed within 2 business days; you receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and handed to USPS or DHL. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or customs checks.

Returns. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached, returned in their original packaging. Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions — please don't send items back before you receive them.
• Returns are received at our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China, not at our registered address in Wyoming.
• Change of mind or wrong size: return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping in full.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of inspection.
• We don't offer exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Sizes run in pairs: S-M, M-L, L-XL, XL-2XL, 2XL-3XL.

Full measurements in centimetres and inches, with a height and weight guide for each size, are in the size chart above. These are chart sizes for this model, not a measurement of the individual garment, so small differences are normal.
